Terms of Service

Last updated: October 8, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Shulman Analytics (the "Service"), operated by Ranel Shulman ("we," "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an Agency, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. The Service

Shulman Analytics is a marketing analytics and reporting platform. It lets an advertising or marketing agency ("Agency") connect its own advertising and analytics accounts — currently including Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads, X Ads, OpenAI Ads, the Shulman Attribution API, Google Sheets, and our own Browser SDK, with additional providers added over time — normalizes and calculates performance metrics from that data, and produces dashboards and reports for the Agency's own clients, shareable either through a full Client Viewer account or a protected dashboard link. The Service retrieves, normalizes, and displays data obtained from the third-party advertising and analytics platforms you connect — it does not itself run advertising campaigns, place bids, or control any outcome on those platforms, and does not guarantee advertising performance, business outcomes, or the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the underlying third-party data (see Section 9 and Section 13).

3. Accounts and Roles

Access to the Service is provisioned, not self-registered. There are three account tiers:

  • Platform Owner — a single, permanent account that manages Agencies and their members.
  • Agency Members — staff of an Agency, invited and assigned permissions by the Platform Owner.
  • Client Viewers — read-only recipients of a specific Agency's dashboards, invited by that Agency either as a full account or via a protected dashboard link that requires no account at all.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, and for keeping your access credentials (including two-factor authentication, where applicable) secure.

4. Agency Responsibilities

If you connect advertising, analytics, or website data to the Service as an Agency or Agency Member, you represent and warrant that:

  • you have the right and any necessary consents to connect that data (including your own clients' advertising accounts) and, if applicable, to install and configure our Browser SDK on a website you manage or are authorized to configure;
  • you are solely responsible, as between you and us, for complying with privacy and data-protection law applicable to your own clients and website visitors, including providing any notices and obtaining any consents required for data collected through the Browser SDK; and
  • the data you connect does not violate any third party's rights, or any applicable law, or the terms of the third-party platform it came from.

You control your own data and instructions; we process it only as described in our Privacy Policy, acting as your service provider to provide, secure, and maintain the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
  • access, or attempt to access, another Agency's workspace or account, or otherwise bypass workspace isolation, security, or permission controls;
  • disrupt the Service, introduce malware, or generate abusive automated traffic against it;
  • reverse-engineer the Service or probe it for security vulnerabilities, except as permitted by applicable law;
  • misuse or disclose Service credentials (including API keys and connection tokens); or
  • present unverified AI Analysis output, or any other analytics produced by the Service, as guaranteed professional advice or a guaranteed result.

6. AI Analysis Output

Where enabled, AI Analysis is designed to produce only Facts, Observations, Hypotheses, and Investigation Suggestions based on already-calculated metrics, and is instructed never to produce strategy, budget, or bidding advice. It is provided for informational purposes only, is not professional, financial, legal, or marketing advice, and may be incomplete or wrong. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any AI Analysis output before relying on it or acting on it.

7. Customer Data

Your Agency retains ownership of the advertising, analytics, and website data it connects. We claim no ownership over it. We only ask for a limited permission: to host, process, transmit, normalize, calculate, and display that data as necessary to provide, secure, and maintain the Service for you — nothing broader.

8. Intellectual Property

We own the Service, including its software, design, and the Shulman Analytics name and logo.

9. Third-Party Services and APIs

The Service depends on third-party advertising, analytics, hosting, and AI providers. Changes to those providers' APIs, outages, access revocation, reporting delays, or inaccuracies in the data those providers return can affect synchronization or the figures displayed in the Service, and are not fully within our control.

10. Availability and Data Freshness

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Dashboard data that was previously synced may remain visible after a later sync fails, but it may be incomplete or out of date by the time you view it — check the Service's own freshness or connection-status indicators before relying on it. Reports are generated only when you or a permitted Agency Member explicitly request one, never on a schedule.

11. Fees

The Service does not currently have a standardized self-service billing system. Where applicable, commercial fees, payment terms, and taxes are governed by a separate order, proposal, or agreement between Shulman Analytics and the Agency.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Data from connected advertising and analytics platforms may itself be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, through no fault of ours. We DO NOT WARRANT THAT METRICS, DASHBOARDS, REPORTS, OR AI ANALYSIS OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE.

13. Data Interpretation & Limitation of Liability

Shulman Analytics is an analytics and reporting platform: it retrieves, normalizes, and displays data from the advertising and analytics accounts you connect, and calculates performance metrics from it. It does not guarantee advertising performance, business outcomes, or the accuracy, completeness, or availability of data obtained from third-party providers. You are solely responsible for interpreting the metrics, dashboards, and reports the Service produces, and for any advertising, financial, or business decision you make based on them.

Where enabled, AI Analysis (Section 6) does generate written observations, hypotheses, and investigation suggestions from your data — we do not claim the Service never produces insights or interpretations. That output is informational only, must be independently evaluated before you rely on it, and does not replace your own judgment or that of a qualified professional.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY DECISION MADE BASED ON ITS OUTPUT. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Suspension, Termination & Data After Termination

The Platform Owner may suspend or terminate an Agency's or an individual's access to the Service at any time, including for a violation of these Terms or a security risk. After termination, your data is handled the same way described in our Privacy Policy's retention section — we do not currently offer an automated self-service export or deletion tool, so if you need a copy of your data or want it deleted, contact us and we will assist manually. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, and 16) will survive.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.
